All participants are requested to arrive between 09:30 AM and no later than 10:15 AM.
The parade steps off at 11:00 AM SHARP!
Please follow the instructions of Parade Directors and Marshals. Marshals will be assigned to each of the division in the parade and will be available to answer questions and assist as needed.
We will honor Our Grand Marshal as well as ALL Veterans at the reviewing stand with the playing of our National Anthem. The Parade will come to a complete stop during this time.
Participants are reminded that all performances must be done with forward motion and not impede the flow of the parade Please refrain from stopping and performing along the parade route as this causes unnecessary breaks and delays in the parade.
Everyone is reminded not to throw any items towards the crowds. If you are giving away anything do not throw it but give it directly.
We will have information table at Reviewing Stage and corner of Quarry Road and Prescott Ave and at City Hall to provide assistance to anyone not sure where their unit is in the parade or for general information about the Parade.
All participants will disperse at the municipal parking lot located between Center & Church Street (behind the 7-Eleven). Some participants may be directed to use the municipal lot near the Harris Pavilion to give them time to break down their floats or other special needs. Please follow the instructions of the parade marshals and Police officers directing traffic. No floats will be permitted to exit dispersal area unless all objects and persons are secure
Participants in Division A & E will stage at Seton HS on Quarry Road. Please enter staging area from Zebedee Street (Quarry Road will be closed from Zebedee Street to Prescott Ave) Parking is available at City Lot on Church Street.
Participants in Divisions B, C & D are to enter Quarry Road from Euclid Ave. Short term parking for drop off is available at Payne Publishing. After dropping off at Payne Publishing please move vehicles to municipal parking available in Old Town Manassas. There is NO Entry of Vehicles from Prescott Ave onto Quarry Road. Parade marshals will be available to provide assistance.
Please follow instructions of Division Marshals and keep center of road clear to allow movement of units to proper position in the parade.
We have bleachers available at City Hall and the corner of West Street and Center Street.
The Reviewing stand, with Grand Marshals and other VIPs, will be located at the Harris Pavilion at the intersection of Center Street & West Street
